All consultations are conducted virtually via a secure video platform. After booking, you will receive a link to join the session. We use these meetings to discuss your current dietary habits, energy levels, and lifestyle goals. You don't need special equipment—just a stable internet connection and a quiet space for our discussion.
To get the most out of our time, we recommend tracking your food intake and drink patterns for 3 to 7 days prior to our session. This doesn't need to be complex—a simple list of what you ate and when is sufficient.
